Email to jainsonsadventuregears@gmail.com with subject line as "Warranty Claim". Mention your Order ID and share photos of the issue with brief description to avail warranty claims

  • Three years limited warranty
  • Covers all manufacturing defects and damage to stitching only due to regular usage - Doorstep pickup and drop facility will be provided for the first one year for such cases whereas shipping cost would be borne by the customer after the first year
  • Damage caused from wear and tear or inappropriate usage might not be applicable for doorstep warranty and would be decided on the discretion of Tripole Gears
  • Product will be replaced or repaired depending on the issue
